How difficult is it to setup the software?
All you need to do is choose the feedback questions you want your customers to see and we handle the rest of the setup. It can’t get any easier than that!
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a free 30 day trial, and you can cancel within this trial period if your not fully satisfied with the software. Once the trial period is up you will be billed and we have a no refunds policy. That said, you’re welcome to cancel at anytime.
How long does it take to setup my dashboard?
Once you’ve submitted your information it takes us 1-2 business days on average to get your personalized dashboard all setup for you. Once your payment has been processed you will receive an email with all of the information you need to get started using your portal.
Can I ask for reviews on other platforms in addition to Google?
Yes! We focus on Google because we come from an SEO background and Google reviews will help your Google My Business to rank better in Google, but if you’d like to focus on reviews for Facebook, Yelp or another platform, we can customize the followups to include links to these other platforms.
Do Google Reviews Help with SEO?
Yes! There are many ranking factors and reviews is one of them. While more reviews alone might not be enough to get you to the top of the search results they will help, and they’ll also increase your click through rate and give people a positive trust signal about your company before they even contact you.
Can I customize the questions people get asked?
Absolutely! Just fill out the questions you want to ask people when you signup for your free trial and we’ll setup your review portal so those are the questions people get asked.
